What State Farm Has Not Told You May Hurt You

Do you feel like State Farm is a neighbor that is there in times of wretchedness? Check your policy carefully each time. What State Farm has not told you can hurt you. Read on to learn how.

Today an insured customer of Situation Farm went to pay their monthly premium for their insurance policy. The amount was luckily something that the customer paid attention to. We will call the customer Jane Doe. The amount was off a bit. It was almost seven dollars more than usual. Jane Doe questioned the employee of State Farm regarding the price. She was told that she would be called back after the employee of Dwelling Farm called their Underwriter.

Jane Doe was quoted as saying “I knew something fishy was up”. You see, Jane Doe had recently been involved in a car accident where the other driver was cited as being at fault. He was driving with an inaugurate container in the vehicle. He pulled illegally in front of her and landed her in physical therapy for nearly a year. The driver was not insured so Station Farm was sent the bill. By law Status Farm was and is always obligated to pay their insured under the “uninsured motorist” clause which thankfully, Jane Doe had. Failure to pay this and any attempts to raise this rate after due to the claim is highly illegal. Jane Doe knew this as her attorney that handled her case had informed her of this fact.

So as you can see, what State Farm does not tell you can hurt you. Had Jane Doe not known her rights the company Site Farm would have illegally committed a crime. Thankfully she was informed. It is very significant to know your rights. Always check your policy carefully. Be sure to request any and all increases. Above all, never feel unpleasant about being cautious. The only party that would have an issue with you questioning your policy is a fraudulent one. Be aware. Stay informed and act accordingly.
